Senior Systems Consultant/Project Leader
?	As Project Manager ensured that the full infrastructure of the project clearly defined tasks such as Implementation Strategy of NCR's Image Exchange Software Package, defined high level business requirements and technical specifications for localization pertaining to Fifth Third's business requirements as outlined in the initial Scope Document. The infrastructure ensures that phases such as Implementation & Post-Implementation Strategies are in place for overall project administration as provided by the vendors NCR/VectorSGI exclusively relevant to Fifth Third Bank's business needs.
?	As Project Leader developed functional & design specifications based  upon the infrastructure of the project itself and upon the bank's business needs & requirements as stated earlier by the PM in the Design Document. Developed high level specifications for the technical team in developing test beds based upon test scripts and scenarios for both the SEND process and the RECEIVE process using Connect Direct and IBM MQ-Series for all SVPCO based transmissions.
?	As Senior Business Systems Analyst completed Phase I & II Systems & Integration Testing of the Image  Exchange portion of the application for the SEND process which  comprised of two different engines; through the FEDLINE and through  SVPCO as outlined in Fifth Third's Application Design document compiled by me at the onset of the Project.
?	As Project Manager added to the project infrastructure the task of compiling Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Procedures for NCR/VectorSGI's Image Exchange and Remote Capture applications. The Disaster Recovery document was the first of it's kind fully documented and illustrated the entire Server Hardware and Software configuration and Mainframe/Network Connectivity in case of a complete Server Shut-down.

Currently developing Design Specifications based upon Business Requirements for the RECEIVE process for Correspondents (3rd Party  customers/clients) including the Federal Government and State Of Michigan as part of Phase 3 & Phase 4 of the overall System, Integration and UAT testing & implementation strategy.

? As part of the project infrastructure, initiated full life cycle development, implementation and support of three major multi-tier web based Frame Relay performance applications utilizing COBOL II, SERVLETS, WEBLOGIC, HTML, PHP, Unix, and Mainframe IMS DB/DC in a Mainframe/Object Oriented/Client Server environment.
?	Responsible for the IBM MDP (Message Driven Processor) messaging software (COBOL, CICS) integrating various computer platforms for a large European Financial Services company. Banking applications using this  software include Internet Banking, Funds Transfer, Home Loan Sales, Consumer Loan Sales and a Connect  Direct Installation for transmissions.
?	Supported the Online Funds Transfer system and its batch processes. Also responsible for Disaster Recovery and had the high-level responsibility of making and implementing changes without impacting thousands of customers for Internet Banking and Funds Transfer  activities. ? At the Commerce Bank, the ATM Debit Card project was a $24 million asset-sized super-nationwide venture of it's kind. Besides the mainframe development phase, the project was heavily interfaced with LAN/WAN Web applications. As Project Manager to conform to project initiatives & infrastructure methodology, established (a) all aspects of an Internet home page for the Corporation, (b) a corporate-wide intranet  based on Windows NT, and (c) Internet access for the enterprise encompassing network communications & client/server architecture keeping intact project scope and infrastructure. An NDM/Connect Direct data transmission facility was installed for file transmission to remote sites.
