• Successfully oversaw the start-up and growth of this healthcare recruiting company from $0 to $3.2 million in revenue with 25 employees in three global locations.
• Set up RPO operations for healthcare companies and managed the entire recruiting process for these clients on an outsourced / off-shoring basis.
• Managed the client acquisition process for high level clients and successfully nurtured the relationships.

• Responsible for starting and growing this provider of healthcare recruiting services to hospitals, nursing homes.
• Set up the company's offices in Manila and New Delhi
• Managed P&L and strategic plan initiatives; performs quarterly business reviews; and supervises account planning.
• Negotiated recruiting contracts and vendor relationships with healthcare facilities; secured talent in the Philippines and India through utilizing industry best methodologies
• Supervised more than 25 recruiters, sales representatives, and support staff in local and overseas locations. Monitored metrics and KPIs.

Chief Executive - Macroscoping Solutions

• Co-founded Macroscoping Solutions to support the outsourcing activities for our clients in the healthcare sector
• Set up the out-sourcing processes for medical billing and collection for the long-tern care industry, including the processing of Medicare payments and invoicing.
• The company also handled the processing of mortgage applications from its back-office support center in India.

• Worked directly with the global head of operations in Singapore with mandate to grow the businesses in India and China
• Managed the franchise relationships in Philippines and Japan with over 400 restaurants .

Early Career

I handled the operations for Global Educational services in Russia between 1992 and 1995, and managed all aspects of their partnerships with Universities and Medical Schools in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Between 1990 and 1992 I was working with Living Media (I) Ltd, one of Asia's largest media groups and looking after the client sales in their printing division.
