2. How is SkillGalaxy.com helpful to Employers?

SkillGalaxy serves as a powerful recruiting tool that you can add to your portfolio to gain access to quality candidates and a large managed supplier base. In addition to access to millions of direct Candidates, Employers can also benefit from large resource pool and network access provided by SkillGalaxy registered Suppliers and Recruiters without needs to manage these Suppliers.

       

3. How can I use SkillGalaxy for hiring candidates?

Using SkillGalaxy is very simple. Open a free account and post your jobs and SkillGalaxy service does the rest. In no time, you will start seeing quality candidates applying or being presented by our registered suppliers depending upon the options you have chosen. SkillGalaxy technology provides the required means or you may call us at our toll-free number for processes and Supplier/Candidate interaction involved in screening, hiring, paperwork and on-boarding.

       

4. What type of requisitions I can post at SkillGalaxy.com?

Employers can open both contract and permanent job requisitions for any skill, industry or geographical area. Permanent Job postings directly to Candidates are free and you may hire direct applicants at no fee. You can post jobs to our registered Recruiters/Suppliers to find permanent Candidates by offering a hiring fee which you pay to SkillGalaxy upon a successful hire. You may also post jobs for temporary Contractors to our registered Suppliers and 1099 Contractors and hire Contractors through SkillGalaxy on time and material basis.

       

5. Is there a fee for opening or keeping account at SkillGalaxy.com?

There is no fee to open or keep an account at SkillGalaxy or for posting jobs. You pay only when you hire a Candidate presented by our Suppliers. You may hire direct applicants to your permanent jobs without paying any fee.

       

6. Is my company required to use SkillGalaxy exclusively for all our jobs?

No. Employers can use SkillGalaxy as and when they need. They can use it as an additional service to procure candidates on case-to-case basis and benefit from SkillGalaxy’s large and diverse network access. However, SkillGalaxy is a powerful and complete solution for company-wide talent acquisition, vendor management and reporting needs and you may use it as a single integrated solution for hiring both permanent candidates and temporary workers.

       

7. Does Employer directly pay finder’s fee to Recruiters for finding permanent Candidates?

No. Employers will pay the finder’s fee to SkillGalaxy which in turn will pay it to the successful Recruiter.

       

8. Will Suppliers directly invoice Employer for services of Temporary Contractors?

No. SkillGalaxy will invoice Employers for Temporary Contractor services on time and material basis. Employers will pay SkillGalaxy which in-turn will pay its Suppliers.

       

9. Does SkillGalaxy add any extra fees over the Supplier Contractor rates or Recruiter’s finder fee?

SkillGalaxy.com does not charge any extra fee to its clients on top of Supplier rate or Recruiter fee. We deduct a small fee from Supplier payments for our services.

       

10. What is SkillGalaxy’s 60-day money back guarantee on permanent candidates?

All candidates hired on a permanent basis are backed by our 60 day 100% money back guarantee. If a Candidate voluntarily leaves employment within 60 days from his/her start date, SkillGalaxy shall refund the hiring fee or provide a replacement candidate at Employer’s choice.

       

11. What is SkillGalaxy’s performance guarantee on temporary contract Candidates?

Supplier FAQ

   

1. How is SkillGalaxy.com helpful for suppliers and independent recruiters?

SkillGalaxy brings business opportunities from a wide range of clients that may not be normally accessible to Suppliers directly.

       

2. Are there any charges for creating SkillGalaxy.com account?

Creating account at SkillGalaxy is free for both Independent Recruiters and Staffing Suppliers. SkillGalaxy.com will deduct a nominal fee from the payments made to Suppliers on both contract and permanent placements.

       

3. What type of job orders I can view in SkillGalaxy.com?

At SkillGalaxy, you will find both contract and permanent positions listed from various industry sectors, skill sets, job titles, and geographical areas.

       

4. Can I work with SkillGalaxy clients directly?

No. As per the SkillGalaxy Terms and Agreement, suppliers are not allowed to directly contact the SkillGalaxy clients.

       

5. Am I required to screen every candidate before submitting?

Yes. As a SkillGalaxy Supplier, you are expected to screen every Candidate that you present at SkillGalaxy. It is vital for us to maintain a superior level of service to our Clients, which in turn, shall bring more business opportunities to SkillGalaxy and its Suppliers.

       

6. What are the requirements to register as a COMPANY to become a supplier?

To register as company with SkillGalaxy, you must be a legal entity registered to do business in the United States with a physical business address. You will be required to complete the Supplier profile upon login.

       

7. What are requirements to register with SkillGalaxy as an Independent Recruiter?

To register with SkillGalaxy as an independent recruiter, you must be resident with a physical address in United States. You must be legally authorized to work and receive payments for providing services in United States.
