Full Centauro‘s Project was a Latin America Regional Project that was prepare with SABMiller methodology from guide lines of London, England and Johannesburg, South Africa; the Project was located in Lima, Peru with two Main Goals: Standardize the Chart of Account and the Standard Product Costing Process. However, Peru had government legal requirements, so I had to mix two solution on one SAP R/3 System. This is because SABMiller ask for Direct Standard Cost and Peru with a Full Actual Cost with Activity Based Costing. Cenaturo’s Project had participation from Bavaria Regional Office in Bogota, Colombia.
