  • Created "Take Your Friend to Work Day" Open House increasing the employee referral program significantly to 100 potential candidates. Seventy-five received initial interviews; approximately half were hired as employees. The program was so successful that it was adopted at Hewitt's corporate headquarters.
  • Developed a high-impact training program (including PowerPoint presentation) to educate over 80 managers on behavioral interviewing techniques. This presentation contained valuable content presented in a humorous style that received unsolicited feedback that was overwhelmingly positive and was used as a common reference throughout the facility.
